We want independent businesses that handle residential mold work, such as:

Homeowners here deal with humid summers, storm water and damp crawl spaces. Providers who know those conditions are especially useful.

What We Expect

• Answer homeowner calls and follow up reliably
• Describe their services honestly, with no inflated claims
• Respect the homeowner's right to compare options

We do not accept providers who pressure homeowners or hide fees.
